We can't believe that Ella's one already, she keeps getting more adorable every day! Everyone came to celebrate the day, family, friends, big and small.

She's starting to crawl

Ella took her first trip to the polls today, it was in my high school library, not all that exciting, but we went to Starbucks and got our free coffee, YUM!

We've had a lot of fun with Ella lately, we went apple picking in tehachapi, to the pumpkin patch in saugus, to magic mountain for fright fest, trick-or-treating, etc.. She's sitting up on her own now, talking more and waving, it's so cute. Hope you enjoy the pics!

She's growing up so fast

Here's some pics of Ella from this past month. She changes everyday, she's babling more mama and dada, she's starting to wave, loves eating anything and everything.

ella is 6 months old today!

ella had her 6 month check-up today. she weighed 14.8lbs, was 25 1/4" long, and 17 1/4" for her head circumfrence. She's our cute little petite girl, 25 %tile for heigth and weight and 70%tile for head circumference, so like her momma she's all brains!

Sleeping through the night

I recently returned to work part-time and wouldm't you know it Ella has only been sleeping 3 hours at a time. During the summer she was sleeping 5 hours at a time and we thought it would be easy to get her to sleep through the night but we were wrong. We've tried giving her rice cereal, a bath, taking her on a walk, having her sleep in her own bed, etc. and no such luck. Tonight we're letting her "cry it out" and man oh man it is hard. It's midnight and she's been crying for about 40 minutes but I think she's out, so we'll see how the rest of the night goes. Wish us luck!

I finally did it!

Well after several family and friends begging me to start a blog I decided to do it. With Becky and Shelly not here to see all the neat things that Ella is doing everyday I thought what better way to share with them and all our family and friends than to start a blog so here I go.
